Mental Health for Individuals and Families in Spanish and English

Serving Cincinnati, Fairfield, and Hamilton cities in Ohio.

Micaela Staudenmaier, LCP, NCC

I am deeply committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals, couples, and families. My goal is to offer professional, consistent, and compassionate care throughout each client’s counseling journey. I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where people can grow emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and relationally, fostering healing and lasting change.

Born in Ecuador and having lived in the United States for over a decade, I bring a culturally attuned perspective to my work, allowing me to better understand and honor diverse lived experiences. As a bilingual therapist serving the state of Ohio, I strive to offer care that is inclusive and attuned to cultural nuance. Whether we speak in Spanish or English, I bring authenticity, compassion, and encouragement to our work together.

I offer therapy to individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and specialize in supporting those who identify with bicultural or multicultural experiences. I also specialize in integrating faith into the counseling process for clients who desire it. For many, spiritual beliefs are an essential part of navigating life’s challenges and finding meaning. I approach this area with respect, warmth, and openness, helping clients explore how their faith can support their healing, growth, and resilience.

I serve the communities of Cincinnati, Fairfield, and Hamilton, focusing on both individual and family well-being. My therapeutic style is holistic and collaborative, drawing from Adlerian principles, person-centered therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy, all within a trauma-informed lens. Together, we’ll explore your strengths and challenges to promote meaningful change and personal growth.

I am under the clinical supervision of Trisha Owsley, MA, LPCC-S, LICDC-CS at Connective Clinical and work supervision of Carolyn Conrad, LISW-S at Cobblestone Counseling.
